The Lee Boys will perform in the second half of the show. We'll send out instructions for audience tickets for our New York friends soon. 2) The Lee Boys are taping NPR's Mountain Stage this weekend. We were at langerado this weekend and were on the the way to the Disco Biscut show, when we ran across you guys playing. Well to make a long story short we missed the Disco Biscut show because we couldn't pulled ourselves away from the stage you were playing at. You guys are absolutely AMAZING!!!

Guys, I just got back from langerado and saw the best show of my life. Yall. That was the perfect late night show to top off my birthday. I turned 21 on Saturday, March 8th and that was the greatest birthday present I could have ever asked for. I was front row the entire show and had the best time. I painted a a University of Mississippi hat and I knew I would throw it up on stage at some time when a band blew me away and yall did. Big Al, you wore it the whole show and I'm so happy you rocked out in it. I hope yall like it and use it as much as possible. I discovered you guys back in July 07 at the Allgood Festival. I was there with my son who has autism. We had both enjoyed the festival, but were pretty wiped out by Sunday morning. Your show really got us going. we've both been fans ever since. My son and I were recently considering whether to attend Delfest in Cumberland, MD which already had a killer lineup. When they added you guys to the lineup that sealed the deal and we got our tickets right away. We'll see you there! (If I'm lucky I may see you much sooner in Charlottesville, VA on 2/17, but still working on that one). Anyway, thanks so much for your inspiring music!

Ryan is right! The Lee Boys did an amazing jam with Marco Benevento on the Ropeadope Stage on Saturday, it was "sick" and the crowd went crazy. Then, Sunday morning's wake-up set on the All Good Main Stage brought out the fans once again for an amazing show. And, if you happened to catch the "Magic Hat Incident" in the midway with Big Nazo, well..........you just had to be there! Love you guys!

The Lee Boys threw is DOWN at All Good in West Virginia. Never saw those cats before, and man was it the hottest surprise of the weekend. come to philly! Soon!

For all of those who missed out on the SSRT, this past weekend missed a musical clinic that was second to none. The show at Souls Kitchen in Mobile Al. , was simply amazing. Jimmy Herring set in on 2 songs with the Lee Boys and when Velt and Jimmy traded licks is was unforgettable. Oteil was as always a masterful performer reminding us who is the Bass player all others inspire to be. By the end of the night Velt was back onstage and Oteil was giving his best effort to end the night with as much church music as possible. I look fowars to more dates that Oteil, Velt and the Legend Jimmy Herring are sharing the stage together. Lee Boys thanks for never comprimising your relationship with God for musical gain. Your music continues to inspire and lift the soul.
